The Senani Paddock Box is part of our founding-phase launch and is produced in limited quantities for early supporters of the community. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
Founding Phase & Pre-Bookings
Orders placed during the founding phase are considered pre-bookings. Production and fulfillment timelines may vary depending on demand, manufacturing schedules, and launch timelines.
Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated to supporters through official Senani Racing channels including email and Discord updates.
Shipping Locations
We currently plan to ship across India. International shipping availability may be introduced in future phases.
Order Processing
Once production begins, orders will be processed and dispatched in the sequence they were reserved.
Supporters will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays
As a community-powered launch project, occasional delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or operational requirements. We will maintain transparent communication with supporters throughout the process.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout. Senani Racing is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Pre-Booking Commitments
The founding-phase pre-booking amount is used to secure your reservation and support early-stage production planning.
Pre-booking commitments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Senani Racing.
Limited Edition Products
The Senani Paddock Box is a limited founding-phase product. Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of the product, returns and exchanges may be limited.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
After review, we may offer:

store credit,

or appropriate resolution based on the situation.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may not be accepted for:

worn or used apparel,

damaged items caused after delivery,

incorrect sizing selected by the customer,

or items returned without original packaging.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Community & Digital Access
Access to community platforms, Discord roles, digital perks, and supporter benefits may begin immediately after successful reservation or purchase.
These digital/community benefits are considered part of the founding-phase experience.
