Thank you for supporting Senani Racing.

The Senani Paddock Box is part of a limited founding-phase launch created for early supporters of the Senani Racing community. Please review this policy carefully before making a reservation or purchase.

Founding Phase Pre-Bookings

​

All founding-phase reservations and pre-booking commitments made towards The Senani Paddock Box are generally non-refundable.

The pre-booking amount is used to support:

  • production planning,

  • packaging preparation,

  • operational setup,

  • and community development during the launch phase.

By placing a pre-booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refund Eligibility

​

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions or accidental multiple payments

  • Failed payments where funds were deducted but reservation was not confirmed

  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled by Senani Racing

  • Incorrect or damaged products received upon delivery

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Senani Racing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

​

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order details,

  • clear photos of the item,

  • and a description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement,

  • exchange,

  • store credit,

  • or refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

​

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • change of mind,

  • delays caused by logistics partners,

  • incorrect sizing selected during order,

  • used or worn products,

  • limited-edition collectibles,

  • community/digital access benefits already granted,

  • or violations of community guidelines resulting in removal of access.

Community & Digital Benefits

​

Access to Discord servers, supporter roles, founder access, updates, and digital/community-related perks may begin immediately after reservation.

These benefits are considered part of the founding-phase experience and may not be reversible once granted.

Processing Time

​

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on banking and payment provider timelines.
